Expansion Pass Issue?
I'm new to the Witcher series and the PS4 in general, so this may not be an issue, but here's the symptoms I see, taken from a text to a friend who didn't have an answer:
I bought the Season Pass and all items show "installed" from the downloads section in Notifications. But when I start Witcher 3 at the start screen, the "Blood and Wine" add-on indicator shows "Installed ", but the "Hearts of Stone" add-on indicator shows "Now Available"... I'm not even sure if this is a glitch and the content is available or this is an actual issue. And if it is an issue, am I just screwed, or how does one go about getting tech support on a PS4 game? If it matters, I am at level 3 at present.
