save file timestamp incorrect

I've been playing Witcher 3 goty edition on my xbox one s, and I've noticed a small bug.

the save files' time stamps are exactly 9 hours off, it seems the game time is ignoring my console's time zone.. I'm on UTC+9, but the save files seem to show UTC+0

This makes it pretty confusing when managing my save files.

Have anyone else experienced this?

Have you checked that your console clock still shows the right time? I don't have X1 and I haven't played GOTY yet, so I can't check this.

Yep i already checked. Console's time is correct, but the game's save files are not
