Lost runestones inside weapons

After 1.05 patch. Some older saves have runestones inside weapons currently equipped, last few ones does not. Anyone else with this issue?

I actually lost my trousers and boots with the latest patch i was looking around before making a thread and so it seems i'm not the only one.

Edit: Superier ursine trousers and boots.
