Black Steel in the Hour of Chaos job failed!

I'm playing on Xbox Series X and when i got to the Black Steel in the Hour of Chaos quest, something weird happened.

I was fighting with the 3 heavy troops that come out of Songbirfds truck and midway trough the fight the quest just disappeared, Reed was no where to be found. No active quest anymore, and when i went and search for it it was marked as JOB FAILED.

What am i supposed to do next? Can't seem to replay it...

Anyone got this problem?

On console, the only thing you can do, it's to clear the cache and reload a previous save

Keep a save, support will likely ask you to provide one to investigate the issue.
