[BUG] No weapon swing while crouching

In skill progression, Headhunter, - No weapon swing while crouching -, no longer works since patch 2.01.

Reviving this thread because i just got this issue in the latest patch version of the game without DLC. The weapon are still swaying during crouching despite headhunter is level 20.
