For more information, I suspect that my 4060 which is connected to a PCI-E 4.0 riser has communication problems with the motherboard, a B550 in PCI-E 4.0
Is it the riser? I don't know because I tested 3 and they all give me this type of error.
Is it the motherboard? I'm on my second attempt to resolve the issue. In PCI-E 3.0 compatibility, same error.
Is it the graphics card? I don't think so because I had a 3060 that did the same thing to me.

I can't buy Liberty city because i know for sure i will not be able to play without a crash? But i want to do it !
What i know is with my previous old motherboard in PCI-E 3.0 i had no crash.

I don't think it's hardware related with just what we have here but your post is also lacking in details.

When does it happen? At startup? After a while? Any commonalities between the crashes?

Did you install any mods? Deactivating them is not fully deactivating them.

I've seen the watchdog error be caused by an anti-virus before. If you have one, disable it temporarily, try the game and if it doesn't crash anymore, reactivate your AV and put in an exception for CP2077.

Any overlay activated? Steam's, GOG's, Nvidia's, any other? Deactivate them, they've been known to cause issues.

Cloud saves seems to cause issues completely randomly, you can try disabling them.

Why do you suspect your 4060? Any red flags that makes you suspect your GPU? It's still pretty much new and hardware being DOA is very rare.

It's really hard to point you towards anything without more details.
