cross-progression / cross-platform saves for The Witcher 3

I am interested in cross-progression / cross-platform saves for The Witcher 3. How do I set this up on GoG between Nvidia Geforce NOW (PC) and Xbox Series X?

I have the game on BOTH Nvidia Geforce NOW (PC) and Xbox Series X. According to IGN article "Cross-Progression and Cross-Platform Saves and How to Transfer Them" it should be possible to share the game saves between these "devices".
