Items missing from stash

I lost everything I put in my stash, including all my tiger of the west gear. Is there a way to re-acquire the gear, or a way to report this?

I haven't used any mods, just the game as-is

How long would you say it's been since the last time you played? Or is this a brand, new game begun in the present version?

It was a brand new game I started a little over a week ago (though I am traveling for the holidays and haven't played this week)

Hm. I'd send it in, and include a save file, if you can.

^ That's about as close a category as we can get. I would follow the steps to clear the cache first and launch the game to test it, but if it doesn't populate the stash correctly after that, ticket time.

Oh -- and also be sure it's not something like accidental filters being applied. That should have been one of the the first things I asked, but I only thought of it now. So here is where the idea will stay.
