No car races (Xbox X)

I've already completed The Beast in Me in my previous pre-patch run.
I've been playing CP2077 Phantom Liberty for 10 hours after the release of 2.1 patch, but still can't get car races: is there any time or event trigger?
I tried contacting Claire, but she doesn't have dialoge options. I can't find in the map no clue.
Is it a 2.1 bug or am I missing something important?

Did you already complete the Double Life quest of the main game?
Progressing with the Panam storyline might also help...

When I played Phantom Liberty I also did a few main quests and at some point Beast in Me triggered. I doubt it will work if you only focus on the DLC quests.
