Had the same issues with 4.04 update. Wind/rain or atmospheric sounds basically don't exist anymore for some reason. Only music, combat and voice effects. Truly break my experience.

With the update of 4.04, all the weather sounds are dissapeared. I can only hear geralt's footsteps now. Please fix this CDPR.This is the only game I've played on nintendo switch.
