Not sure if this is a bug, or I'm missing something, but I just got skippy on a new character. I can unequip it, but when I do it's not in my inventory so I can't re-equip it. Also currently my equipped gun doesn't show as skippy, it's the gun I had equipped before picking it up.
was not a bug, I made this post too hastily and have no idea how to delete it now. It was just equipped in the third weapon slot which I didn't realize.
