"Out of Memory" Error when uncooking Witcher 3 - 4.0 with wcc_lite
My Goal: Extract .fbx with the corresponding .tga.
My Game Version: 4.0
My Approach:
- downloading Modkit 1.3, installing it to "C:\WitcherTools"
- copying the Witcher 3 content folder to "C:\WitcherTools" for a shorter path without spaces and better overview.
- opening cmd as admin -> cd "C:\WitcherTools\bin\x64"
- running this " wcc_lite uncook -indir="C:\WitcherTools\_content" -outdir="C:\WitcherTools\_assets" -imgfmt=tga -skiperrors "
//note: extracting works 100%. uncooking works for a time until the "Out of Memory" error. here is the problem.
if i use "The Witcher Converter" afterwards (bundle extraction and everything) everything is there except for the .tga's based on the out of memory error.
So my question: Is there a solution that doesnt involve waiting for a wcc_lite update.
I tried WolvenKit and all other solutions .. uncooking still runs via wcc_lite so i can't circumvent this issue.
I hope somebody see's this and knows something i don't <3
