Phantom Liberty "Hole in the Sky" Quests Issue

I'm currently on Patch 2.01. In the first part of the quest "Hole in the Sky", right after you jump down the chute, it instantly fails no matter how fast I tried to get to the quest site. The failed quest dialog always triggers right after SongBird wishes me good luck. I don't run with mods or cheats, and I've tried it with multiple difficulties.
Nothing works. Please help.
