Id like to ask you guys to look at the screen and help me figure out whats causing the problem here.
As you can see GPU usage is 92%, but only because ive been standing still for few minutes - in the city area, but quite empty. As soon as i start driving, GPU usage drops (and fps as well of course) and the faster i go the worse it gets (as low as 50% usage 30fps)
Neither of CPU cores ever goes above 90% during the process, so im thinking maybe its not enough/too slow RAM? If not maybe theres something wrong in Nvidia Control Panel, but to me everything seems to be in order. (i dont use Nvidia Experience)
