Suggestion: Option to call back a quest giver to watch a missed holocall

So, I’m finding it frustrating that while I’m chasing down these Delemain cabs I’m missing holocalls and getting text messages instead. The problem is, I don’t want text messages… I want to hear the voices… but it goes straight to text if I’m in the middle of another quest.

So, could we please have the option to call the quest giver back to hear the holocalls we missed… or for the holocalls to be saved as a video message we can watch later? (Afterall, I have skipping holocalls turned off for a reason.)

I could be wrong, but I think it's a "side effect" of the previous change. Before, you received holocalls in middle of quests/events/dialogues no matter, which was quite odd/annoying sometimes.
