Hi, The old Wiki is dead and that tutorial is not anywhere do you remember it and will you tell me please ?

Quick and easy way for that is placing a waypoint in specific place on the map and using teleport node in quest editor to teleport Geralt to this waypoint at the beginning of the game.
If you want to use teleport during quests, you can also use "fade in" and "fade out" script nodes to hide the teleport.
