Loading before Third Wish from Olgierd "Hearts of stone"

Hi, i have a problem. I have done 2 wishes for Olgierd and after he talks to Geralt "Come witcher . We must talk outside" the game is loading all the time and nothing more happens, keep loading and loading and i cant finish the game. Have someone the same problem??

Are you using any kind of mod/cheat/debug console command/nexusmod fix? Often infinite loading screens are caused by such modifications, therefore I strongly suggest removing them, reverting changes made by them and load savegame made before this issue occurred.
