Weird black graphical glitches everywhere

Hi, I'm experiencing a weird bug. I'm just trying out the game at the start and getting these black objects everywhere. Screens:

These really happen quite often. Are visible along the whole shore. Not from afar but as soon as I close in, they pop in and scare me. If an enemy walks into it, he becomes invisible to me. I tried all the graphical settings, doesn't matter. It's there on ultra as well as on low details.

Game is patched to 1.11 which should be the latest update?
Windows 7, i7 3770k, GTX970, latest WHQL drivers (359.06). No mods or other changes. Just a vanilla setup. Other games work fine, of course.

There are many other bugs but this is the most annoying right now. I am quite disappointed by the technical quality of the game. Even after all those patches, it seems far from done.

Does someone have an idea how to get rid of this, please?

It's usually either a data corruption from a faulty download (or from the use of mods), or a graphics card issue. Looking at the images, my first thought would be the graphics drivers. I suggest you revert back to an earlier driver, with a clean install.
