Better matchmaking should help on one hand (we're working on that), but also make sure you aren't over filling your deck so that you have a better chance of pulling the gold/silver cards you do have!

As others have already stated, we haven't made a hard decision on whether or not a beta wipe is necessary - but any card kegs you purchase will be returned to you if that does happen. The point of the beta is to test everything, not just balance. We also need to make sure our progression system...

Agree with the others here - either s/he somehow managed to have only utility cards, something happened IRL or s/he spaced, forgot what round it was and accidentally passed :P

The game will release for PS4, but the closed beta period is for Xbox One/PC.

If a beta wipe occurs, we'll inform everyone before it happens and of course we will return any purchased card kegs.

I know you're frustrated at not receiving a key as quickly as you'd like, but we are continuing to send out beta invitations over time, so don't worry that you haven't received a key just yet. The closed beta is expected to end around spring of 2017, so there's plenty of time to participate!
