This happened to me and I just saved and restarted the game. The mantis blades were gone!

I have beaten both The Glen and Arroyo fighters multiple times and every time they get to 0% and just keep fighting. I don't know why only these two fights are bugged like this but I can't finish them. Any ideas on what might be wrong?
