I mean, in all seriousness i approach this sensitively but at its core it is an RPG over realism. Furthermore it is based off cyberpunk 2020. SO THEREFORE: RPG like stats and dmg, Pen and paper like DMG which is similar to RPG. I do however see ur point with levels etc, i guess thats just an...
