I would recommend using Display Driver Uninstaller in order to uninstall GeForce Game Ready Driver that you have currently installed.
Once it's done, try installing either latest GeForce Game Ready Driver 361.91 or older version 353.62...

Have you tried verifying integrity of game cache and then loading game save file made before this issue occurred, e.g. one made before beginning "On Thin Ice"?
