Most likely for servers unfortunately, linux is popular when it comes to servers. We haven't had any offical news for linux games from CDPR since TW2, and I think the uproar caused from it not being native may be a reason why we won't have another linux game from them for a long while.

I don't remember there being any stealth mechanics in the first game however in TW2 the only thing relating to stealth was in one quest from what I recall. The games have never ment to be stealthed and I don't think that will make a difference to the games quailty and gameplay.

Very true. There is a large amount of hype for TW3. We don't know why CDPR havn't decided to release for linux or osx (or I haven't read about it) and we may never know; they have been reluctant to discuss these platforms (again, I may not have read enough about this). Hopefully sometime in...

The problem is that linux isn't as popular compared to windows, and developers need to profit in order to make more games. If steamos kicks off, we may be seeing more AAA games using eON, and some being fully native. The redux versions of the Metro games to my knowledge are native but Bioshock...
