    Push it to the limit quest never appeared

    Finished the DLC, maxed out on street cred and lvls. Never got the quest. Please fix.

    Machine gun quest does not start on 1.0.6

    Started a new playthrough on patch 1.0.6. Had skippy in stone cold killer, killed 50, got switched to pacifist mode. But the machine gun quest does not start. I travelled all around, aggressively time skipped but it does not trigger. All quests done except this one.
