Finished the DLC, maxed out on street cred and lvls. Never got the quest. Please fix.

"Push It To The Limit" job never triggered. El Capitan never called and cannot find blue vehicle icon anywhere. This particular play through had been completed all the way up to both Vanilla and Phantom Liberty point of no return.
In my play through I had already completed every gig El Capitan had to offer before starting Phantom Liberty. A steam user had posted similar experience, maybe that's what caused the bug?
