Blacksmiths won't craft swords

Blacksmiths won't craft swords

I was trying to find a blacksmith to craft Griffin swords and was going crazy thinking I had to do a quest or uncover a Witcher blacksmith or something, until I realised that none of the blacksmiths I came across could craft an swords, even ones with a lvl 1 requirement. Yes, I have all the necessary components, yes I have tried quitting then logging back in, and yes this is a new problem: I was crafting swords fine before the latest patch, though I have no idea or reason to believe if that has anything to do with it. Suggestions anyone? Thanks.

There's a difference between Blacksmith's and Armorers. The Armorers won't craft swords, and there's not too many Blacksmiths. I think there's one in Oxenfort and one in Midcopse. Also, I think the Quatermaster in White Orchard will make swords also (at the Nilfgaard base).
