Using Witcher 3 music in YouTube videos without Witcher 3 gameplay?

Hello all,

is it permitted to use music from Witcher 3 in a YouTube video about Witcher 3
(for example a lore video about Nilfgaard or an art video like a speed drawing of Geralt)
without showing actual gameplay from Witcher 3 or does the content policy only
allow for literal Playthrough type videos?

Thank you. I have a follow up question though.
While it seems that it is permitted to use Witcher 3 music in a YouTube video
without Witcher 3 gameplay i am wondering wether or not it makes a difference
in terms of the YouTube partner program.

Example 1 / Witcher 3 music for audio & Witcher 3 gameplay for video
Example 2 / Witcher 3 music for audio & Witcher 3 drawing for video
Example 3 / Witcher 3 music for audio & something unrelated like footage of a dog playing for video

Would both (Example 1 & Example 2) of these YouTube videos be allowed to be monetized through the
YouTube partner program or only the one with actual Witcher 3 gameplay?

From the information i could gather from those links it seems like both should
be allowed, right? Basically as long as the content is related to the Witcher 3
people are allowed to use Witcher 3 music in monetized videos? And only in a case like Example 3
monetization through the YouTube partner program would not be allowed, right?

Sorry for the weird question but Witcher 3 is my favorite game and while i would love to make a video
i do not want to screw over the developers in any way or cause trouble.
