That's not a happy thing.

1.) Does this occur in any other programs? (Not "shadows" particularly -- any flickering at all?)

2.) Run a verify / repair through Steam / GOG / Origin.

3.) Re-install, update, and/or roll-back your drivers and see if that has an effect.

hey that's witcher 3 only. Did a verify and it's all good.
No driver to roll back to. that's the latest stable from amd.
