Bit of a minor bug but Jackie's answering machine still gets blocked after talking to Misty. Sent a ticket but the bug's been around for years (it's probably underreported) 
So if you want to leave the "This'll be my last call" message on Jackie's phone before doing Nocturne Op55N1, you won't be able to unless you pretty much avoid talking to Misty throughout the game*.
The bug means you essentially have to choose between Jackie's answering machine and Misty's tarot readings, even though they're not mutually exclusive.
Bit of a shame since it gives Jackie's absence more emotional weight to the story. Hopefully it finally gets fixed.

* - "Fool on the Hill" might be the exception, but all other dialogue with Misty seems to trigger the bug i.e. tarot readings, asking general life questions, talking about PL tarot cards vis-a-vis "Tomorrow Never Knows" - which is problematic if you're doing PL before Takemura's questline (in which case you'd have to avoid finishing Tomorrow Never Knows until after already completing PL and doing Takemura's questline, in order to unlock the last voice message, which wouldn't make sense story wise).
