I still play Gwent, from time to time, but I still play. Recently I hit 100 on Regis' journey and decided to convert it into premium. I purchased the content, I paid and I have confirmation that the money went to them. Meanwhile, day 5 has passed and there are still no items. They closed down Gwent, but forgot to close down the store? They take the money and then have no responsibility? Of course, on the same day as the purchase, I noticed that the order was not in the history and I wrote to support, but no response. There's a phone number on the support website, but it's just another hoax, no one answers. I'm wondering if I'm a case or maybe I shouldn't buy anything anymore, because since Gwent is closed it is just a wild goose chase?
