The bug occurred on December 20th or 21st, 2023. There was a client update on that day, and issues arose with the rewards being unlocked. It hasn't been resolved since then. Could English-speaking players please help contact support for a fix?

The issue has been submitted and these two have helped me restore the rewards. There is still a journey of music that continues to apply.
