Where are all those scenes from E3?

Maybe i just didn't do things right,but i missed all these scenes:
-All the withcers standing in a cliff,with Geralt in front of a dead fiend
-Eskel,Lambert and Vesemir fighting monsters
-"I shall give her what she deserves" vizima scene
-Nilfgaardian soldiers walking in a forest during nightime

Same thing that happens to most of the footage you see in movie trailers. It gets cut in post-production or is only created to promote the game. Though it is funny as someone else mentioned that the main baddie in Witcher 3 is given more characterization and dialogue in the 3 minute trailer than he gets in the entire 200 hours of game.
