they even take a ship and sail across the ocean , surrounded by water and they still cant even wipe her face off

atleast throw a bag on her head to try and hide the Sorceress that was just Broken out of Prison : D

get it together Devs .... lol

Even Ciri. After she fights the werewolf, she eats the dinner in the Bloody Baron's place with her gloves...which are dirty with bloods.
Or Triss, which after the torture scene has her hand fully healed, even if she said that it will take a while to heal.

The explanation is technical in nature and has to do with not enough resource/efforts to bother with the second model but yes, I agree with you, it's pretty ridiculous. Same thing with Philippa parading around in the very same dress she escaped six months ago. Geez, I know times are hard for sorceresses, but could someone borrow them some new and fresh clothes?
