We always wonder, what happen to key figures in the Witcher 3 trilogy. "Where is this person ?, is he/she live ?" how many times we wonder about it.
So please CDPR, let us know what is the default canon of The Witcher trilogy of your own version in matter of the Key Figures in the The Witcher 1 & 2.

I've played, all of them in fact. Either I'm confuse or just stuck my brain cause TW3, nop... TW's trilogy had so much content to be process.

1. Shani - wasn't she on the cover for an expansion? Also, its mentioned in game that she probably is at the front somewhere helping people.
2. Alvin is definitely the grandmaster.
11. Kalkstein's death is reported by the clothier in one of Dandelion's quests.
17. Aryan lives or dies in Witcher 2 depending on your choices.
23 Shilard dies in Witcher 2.
15-16. Momot has commented via Twitter that they are both alive and well.

AFAIK, you can actually find a note in TW2 in which you learn that Emhyr ordered Shilard be killed either way.
