This is phony promo work, just like the cgi trailer from e3. We aren't gonna see V in cutscenes like that sitting down, so who cares. Why do they keep having trailers and screenshots of V in third person? Because seeing V in third person is more immersive.

I think this is a good question. You can drive around the city on a bike, so why can't we do the same on foot? Animations can't be that much different on bikes compared to feet and they apparently will have the animations already done for all the reflections, so why not just give us the TPP...
