Berengar is back

Well he has been back since long, but only now it comes to irritate me enough to post it.

In the Forest Chase scene, more like "dream", the king of the wild hunt chases Geralt and calls for him, uppon falling to the ground, Lambert is seen in the company of Berengar, they are both frozen until the next camera angle.
Then Lambert and BERENGAR (NOT VESEMIR FOR SOME REASON) come to help Geralt.

WHY HIM!!!!???
Is it a mistake or is it implying something?
Or is it simply because it is a ""dream""??

No, Berengar was intended to die. It's actually not meant for the player to save him during the fight with Azar.

It's not, it's Lambert and Eskel .

As I already addressed it's Lambert and Eskel, but to clarify. The forest chase scene is a flashback from the introduction of Witcher 1, and the people who found Geralt in the forest was Lambert and Eskel. So no, Berengar doesn't appear in Witcher 2, because A; It was a flashback and B; because CD RED never designed or thought that Berengar would survive the battle with Azar. Saving him in Witcher 1 is more of a personal achievement than anything else and won't effect Witcher 3 in anyway.
