My prediction.

Tier 1 - NR variations, Monsters Consume and Swarm.

Tier 1.5 - NG Reveal

Tier 2 - Skellige variations, Scoia'tael Mercs.

I stopped getting good kegs once I hit lvl 30. I also got a foltest for it. It wouldn't surprise me if they play with card drop rates, CDPR will of course fervently deny it however.

In the past 7 days I got Kambi and Lugos from F2P-Kegs despite being level 40.
So no, drop rate doesn't seem to have changed. It's just RNG.

NR, along with consume will become the top dogs. We might see a bit more NG reveal but that's about it.
