I have the Northern Wind basic bomb, so i purchased the Enhanced NW version recipe from a merchant for $xxx (alot) but when I looked through the inventory to enhance / upgrade that bomb the recipe didn't show up, just still the basic one. Don't know if it's a bug or not. Can anyone confirm this?
