To nie jest GTA - nigdy nie miało być. Myślcie o CP2077 jako Skyrim albo Wiedzmin z samochodami i strzelbami. NPC i Policja to tylko dekoracja i wypełniacz tła. Tutaj jest znacznie więcej ciekawszych rzeczy do robienia jak strzelanie do pieszych i walka później z policją.

If you see Johnny there, you've already did that. Make sure you've scanned other points (a specially the blood / parts under the garbage bags)
