Inventory system, upgrading and crafting reflection.

Hi, 160h of game play behind me and thanks for the great game!

I was reflecting what would be the one of the best thing that could improve an ability to create my truly own V is the change in the inventory system. That is I was suffering with the same issue like other players - I've found nice gears and then as my V's level progresses I basically had to wear a garbage to get the best stats.

There is an upgrade option to anything, but it's limited to some linear change (like adding +2 armor for every upgrade). It has two problems:
- cost of upgrading rises quicker than value of it, so it puts of favor to toast it in favor of some random bra
- except few items with crafting schema, or iconic elements it's impossible to upgrade from common to rare, legendary etc.. (and getting modification slot at the same time)

My proposal would be either:
a) Provide crafting templates to any wearable item in the game, preferably in cloths shops.
+ less intrusive to the game logic and balancing
- some of problems are still not addressed, like once an iconic weapon is crafted on certain level of V, then once V gets higher level it's hard to keep the DPS of that weapon on pair even with random drops.

b) Change upgrade logic, so that once an upgrade is performed, the item getting stats that corresponds to the level of player (instead some linear delta). And add a perk that allows to either upgrade level of item (like bump from rare to legendary), or add a perk to be able to add a modification slot.
+ Allows to keep any item from the beginning of the game and upgrade its stats that will match V's level.
- more intrusive solution.

Any of them would add a possibility to keep nice look of my V.
