I have just 1080, not Ti. The game runs fine in ultrawide 1440p resolution. Sure, graphics are not set on max everything, but the Night City still looks amazing. I'd say you should either tone down the settings or look for bottlenecks elsewhere. Too little ram? Old CPU? Hard disk, not SSD?

Btw, if you do the candles quest first, you get a lot less dogs.Seems like the barghests from lighting candles and escorting Vesna quest spawn at the same time when you happen upon the altar. So instead of 2 packs of 2-3 dogs, you get 5-6 dogs to fight. Do one quest first, the other later and...
