How does MMR work in regards to reach 100% for a faction? once you hit 100% do you stop getting MMR if you play games? thats what has happened to me with one faction, but I see from the leader board people have played well over 100 games and are still gaining MMR.

Ok I went back and did some more testing but i'm getting all sorts of weird results with different things happening in different games. I've even had mobilization stop working mid game. I've attached some screen shots. (if you need the images bigger let me know)

Good to know, doesnt explain why it kept happening after that, with different factions. The only thing I can see, and will test in training, is that defender must prevent you targeting as well, at least for this ability. Tested: Its because of defender.
