Just when I thought it would never rain, it just did (freeroam, morning hours). I think it was the first rain in 50 hours after the initial rain with Jackie. But, it really doesn't look that great, I mean the rain effect in the air. Almost weird. And, no rain splashes on the ground at all.

The bullet sponge thing is just a way to save dev time. Imagine an AI where difficulty level is defined by - how fast the AI reacts - how precise the AI can hit you - how efficient the AI is in using cover - how good they are evading your shots/attacks - how able and fast they are to call in...

This further proves my assumption, that the eyes (the camera) are positioned at the height of chin and shoulders.

Same issue here on PC with grey parts appearing without textures around shoulders. Got that right from the start with my female V.

No. It's not just looking down. The first person camera is at least 5 inches too low positioned. It's not where your eyes are.
