You might be too optimistic. It's not gonna be long and the fixes are not gonna be big IMO. The reason is because he said explicitely the February update will be "more significant". Means they are not able to provide big patch in January, just throwing something out because they feel obliged to.

They know they couldn't get away with not releasing update in january. They do it because it's obligatory at this point, so I dont expect much.

at least the DLCs were mentioned in plural. That's my only consolation right now.

I'd love to see expansions, but I think multiplayer is something that could really help to kick off this franchise. I love Cyberpunk and I want it to do well. Multiplayer would be a huge help to make it relevant for many years ahead.
