I don't think that the low/mid- level devs had a say in the release date debacle or a change of the game genre from RPG to AAG/AAS. The failure comes from the top level, who are not exactly "developers" but who are the decision makers.

Yeah, changing the main plot when the release date is already set to be in a few months... What can go wrong? LOL From the whole post we can make a conclusion that CP77 has been mismanaged on a grand scale, which pretty much was already known just without interesting inside production details.

The point was and is that the game is unfinished. And it's not just Heywood district. The only district with lots of quests is Westbrook. More than 50% of the city is empty. Imagine if in TW3 Skellige had just 1 quest...

Yep, this is the only quest that plays like actual RPG and it was made specifically for E3 to dupe people into believing that CP77 is an RPG.

You know, CP77 was supposed to be RPG initially, then they changed it into action-adventure story game, which is exactly what GTA is and, thus, comparison more than appropriate if CDPR states that their game is from the same genre as GTA. Sure, the story and music is better in CP77 but...
