Looking at build maker page confused if smart weapons like AR/shotgun will stack with AR/shotgun skills in different tree like Body in 2.0 update also Monowire abilities stack with blades after new update? Thank you.

Can someone confirm changes in 2.0. Does Monowire abilities stack with blades skills in 2.0. Also smart weapons AR/Shotgun will stack with Body skill tree weapons of same type?
