1.05 Ryzen 8-core and up BENEFITS from the SMT patch. Enable for all not just 4-6 Core owners

I have a save in a crowded city area just for this purpose and here goes:

1.04 smt true: 82FPS
1.04 smt false: 69-71 FPS
then cdpr corpo speak with amd resulting in corpo speak

[AMD SMT] Optimized default core/thread utilization for 4-core and 6-core AMD Ryzen(tm) processors. 8-core, 12-core and 16-core processors remain unchanged and behaving as intended. This change was implemented in cooperation with AMD and based on tests on both sides indicating that performance improvement occurs only on CPUs with 6 cores and less.

HOWEVER!, back on the streets we get this:
1.05 - AMD SMT Patch: (can no longer be aplied because corpo corruption): 69-71 FPS
