[fixed] Keep getting Error: Unhandled exception(0xC0000005). after playin 100 hours with 0 problems (PC)

Hello, played this game for 100 hours without any crashes and i never installed any mod. When i play the game for around 10 minutes or less the game will crash out of nowhere while i changed nothing to the game. below here i post the message. I have a good pc specs also below. I also updated the drivers and verified the game files FYI i play on windows 11 and also tried to run the game as an administrator.

EDIT: I fixed the problem by loading an old save from 1 hour before the first crash and for now the game doesn't crash again. So i think the reason these errors kept happening is because something is wrong with starting or finishing a side quest or side mission but i am not sure which one it was. I am currently only doing side missions and side quest because i am pretty much done with the main game and DLC. If i find out which of these side quest/missions caused this problem i will post it here

Secondly, when did it start? Issues of this type don't typically just appear out of nowhere. Something changed for it to happen. Your game is vanilla and always was but your problem, while not unheard of, isn't common/generalized so that's points to an issue on your end.

Did it start after the latest patch? Did it start after updating your drivers? Did you just return to the game after multiple patches away and thus have no clue when it may have started?

A quick Google search points to multiple potential fixes for your issue but the most common seems to be a clean install of your GPU drivers using DDU. Others point to under clocking your CPU to fix the issue.... It's a potentially complicated issue and without more details it's very hard to even begin to try to help you.

Yesterday i played the game for 5 hours with 0 problems after that it crashed and i just restarted the game and then it started crashing every 10 minutes. After this i just stopped and went to sleep and now the next day it is still happening. I just clean installed my drivers and it still crashes. I also tried the other solutions but they don't work for me either. I cant think of anything that could have caused this because it just happened out of nowhere while i just played for 5 hours without anything wrong.

I was getting a crash in the highway where the trauma team av crashed (i think is a new event added?), there are many gangs fighting with trauma team and calling back up so plenty of enemies spawns coming with cars plus civilians cars, it is a mess. Everytime I get close to that event, game crash with error message about 'exceptionCode":etc. etc.', I submitted the crash info many times. Found online that it is a driver issue so I did use DDU to make a clean driver install, didn't solve the issue. I did a 'verify file integrity' too and it didn't solve anything, so I uninstalled the game and made sure the cyberpunk 2077 folder was gone for good, then reinstalled and that fixed the issue and could finish the event without issues.
