Since v2.0. the game seems to drop clothes upgrade system. In my case, I was level 50 by the time these items were added: Galaxy T-Shirt, Lumincescent Punk Jacket, and Wolf School Jacket, so I cannot upgraded them. I hope CDPR will push some kind of update to make them Legendary level. I know it's low priority. But I hope to put this idea forward.
