Problema ao baixar/instalar o GOG Galaxy

Olá,

meu problema não é com o GWENT em sí, ele está relacionado a plataforma do game. Eu tive um problema após o update do GOG onde ele não finalizava a instalação, logo, resolvi desistalar o programa e baixá-lo novamente. Porém, quando eu fiz o download do GOG Galaxy e tentei instalar o Windows 10 acusou que o programa não pode ser executado no meu PC.

Acho que a princípio o melhor seria enviar algo diretamente pro suporte do GOG. Mas também já ouvi sobre problemas do C++ Redistributable ser apagado quando se instala o Windows 10, impossibilitando o uso do GOG. Não sei se é esse o caso, mas pode tentar o download do "Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012 Update 4".

Eu já havia entrado em contato com o suporte do GOG, estava aguardando a resposta quando criei o tópico. Depois que eles me responderam consegui resolver o problema, solução abaixo.

First uninstall GOG Galaxy by running the unins000.exe file located in the GOG Galaxy installation folder (by default C:\Program Files (x86)\GalaxyClient).
Then make sure that following folders are also removed:
* C:\ProgramData\GOG.com,
* C:\Users\All Users\GOG.com,
* C:\Users\*username*\AppData\Local\GOG.com,
* C:\Users\*username*\AppData\Local\GalaxyCommunicationService,
where *username* should be your Windows Account Username.
You made need to show hidden files and folders in the "Folder and search options", if you haven't done so already.
Restart your computer. Open the CMD window by pressing the windows key+R and enter CMD. Then use this command:
sc delete GalaxyClientService
To make sure that the registry doesn't contain any more entries from the client, please press the windows key+r again and enter "regedit"; pressing enter should now open the registry editor. Here, go to
HKEY_CURRENT_USER -> Software -> GOG.com
If Galaxy has been uninstalled correctly, this folder should either not exist or be empty. If there are still entries from Galaxy even though the client has been uninstalled, please right-click on them and delete them. To avoid any mistakes, please do so one by one.
Then download the latest version of GOG Galaxy from our website:
http://www.gog.com/galaxy
and run the installation as administrator.
